Ticket Delivery

1. Instant digital delivery

All tickets are delivered electronically — there is no shipping and no delivery charge. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your mobile ticket with a secure QR code is issued to your account and emailed to you.

2. Where to find your ticket

  • In your confirmation email, sent to the address on your order.
  • In My Tickets after you sign in.

3. Delivery timing

Card payments are usually confirmed within seconds. Cryptocurrency payments are delivered once the transaction is confirmed on-chain, which typically takes a few minutes depending on the network. If you don't see your ticket within 30 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact support.

4. Using your ticket

  • Open the QR code on your phone at the turnstile — no printing required.
  • Keep your screen brightness up and have the ticket ready before you reach the gate.
  • Each QR is single-use; screenshots shared with others may be rejected if already scanned.

5. Didn't receive your ticket?
