1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MatchPass website, applications and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, browsing, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Who we are
MatchPass ("we", "us", "our") operates an online marketplace that lets fans discover matches and buy tickets. We are an independent platform and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of any football federation, league, club or tournament organiser unless expressly stated.
3. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date.
4. Tickets & orders
All ticket purchases are subject to availability and to the rules of the venue and event organiser. When you place an order, we hold your selected seats for a limited time while you complete payment. An order is only confirmed once payment has cleared and you receive a confirmation with your mobile ticket.
- Prices are shown per ticket and may include applicable fees, which are displayed before you pay.
- We may set a maximum number of tickets per person, per match or per account.
- Each ticket contains a unique QR code. Duplicating, screenshotting for resale, or reselling tickets above face value may void them.
5. Payment
We accept payment by card and by supported cryptocurrencies. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. Card payments are processed by third-party providers; crypto payments are confirmed on-chain. You are responsible for network fees and for sending the exact amount requested.
6. Cancellations, refunds & changes
Refunds and transfers are handled under our Refund Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy. If an event is cancelled or materially rescheduled by the organiser, we will follow the organiser's instructions and notify you of your options.
7. Your conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping, using bots to buy tickets, submitting false information, or infringing the rights of others.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text and graphics, is owned by MatchPass or its licensors. Team names, flags and venue names are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. See our Disclaimer for more detail.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
