1. Digital tickets, no physical returns

MatchPass tickets are digital and delivered as a mobile QR code. There is nothing to ship back, so traditional "returns" do not apply. Instead, we offer transfers and, in limited cases, exchanges as described below.

2. Free transfers

You can transfer a ticket to a friend or family member free of charge up to 24 hours before kick-off. Sign in, open the order in My Tickets, and send the ticket to the recipient's email. Once transferred, the original QR code is deactivated.

3. Exchanges

  • Subject to availability, you may request to exchange your seats for a different category or a different match in the same tournament.
  • Exchange requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original event.
  • If the new tickets cost more, you pay the difference; if they cost less, the difference is generally non-refundable unless required by law.
  • An exchange fee may apply and will be shown before you confirm.

4. Order errors

If you made a genuine mistake at checkout (for example, the wrong match or quantity), contact us within 24 hours of purchase and before the event. We will do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee changes once seats are confirmed.

5. Cancelled or rescheduled events

These are handled under our Refund Policy rather than as returns or exchanges.
