1. Live-event tickets are generally final
Because tickets grant access to a specific, time-limited event, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once your order is confirmed, except as set out below or as required by law.
2. If an event is cancelled
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket's face value. Booking or service fees may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise or required by law. Refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method; you do not need to request one.
3. If an event is rescheduled or moved
- Your ticket normally remains valid for the new date or venue.
- If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund of the face value within the window we announce for that event (typically 14 days from the reschedule notice).
4. Crypto payments
Where you paid with cryptocurrency, approved refunds are returned in the same coin and network you used, valued at the amount originally paid in that coin. Blockchain network fees are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect wallet address you provide.
5. How refunds are processed
- Card — refunded to the card used, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Crypto — sent to your nominated wallet, usually within 3 business days after confirmation.
6. Duplicate or fraudulent orders
If you believe you were charged more than once, or you spot an unauthorised transaction, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and refund any verified error.
