Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about tickets, payment and entry.

How do I receive my ticket?
Your ticket is delivered instantly as a mobile QR code — to your email and to My Tickets — as soon as payment is confirmed. There's nothing to print. See our Delivery page for details.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay by card or with supported cryptocurrencies (USDT, USDC, ETH and BTC). Card and crypto are the same price, and any fees are shown before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are generally final, but if an event is cancelled you're entitled to a refund of the face value. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Yes — you can transfer a ticket for free up to 24 hours before kick-off from My Tickets. Once transferred, the original QR is deactivated. See Returns & Exchanges.
How many tickets can I buy?
Limits vary by match to keep things fair, and the maximum is shown during checkout. Buying beyond the limit or reselling above face value may void your tickets.
What happens if a match is rescheduled?
Your ticket normally stays valid for the new date. If you can't make it, you can request a refund of the face value within the window we announce for that event.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Card payments are handled by trusted processors and we don't store full card numbers. Crypto payments are confirmed on-chain. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
I didn't get my ticket — what should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it's still missing after 30 minutes, contact support@matchpass.example with your order number and we'll re-issue it.
